A range of residential projects have been undertaken from a single to 180 dwellings. Advice given to architects helps to optimise dwelling mix and housing density, and supports detailed design and massing issues. We have also worked on more complex social housing schemes.
We have run cinema site-finding programmes which concluded in a 66,000 sq.ft. north London and a Nuneaton scheme. We have also been involved in many restaurant and pub (inc. A1-A5 use classes) schemes and have worked on Sequential Sites Testing for a hotel proposal.
Commercial projects and retail, residential, live/work, health and office mixed use proposals as mixed use proposals have been worked on. A well thought out approach is needed on mixed use schemes.
Since 1987, many conservation area and listed buildings projects have been successfully negotiated, including the preparation of Heritage Statements and Listed Building enforcement appeals. It is crucial to present the strongest possible case in these sensitive schemes.
Other work includes site finding, planning feasibility studies, green belt proposals, PLANNING OBJECTIONS, ENFORCEMENT & LAWFULNESS ISSUES and Prior Notice applications.
