.CONTACT & SITE SUBMISSION

THANK YOU for browsing our website. We hope that you now wish to request further details about our services and/or submit a site for development potential assessment.

FOR CONTACTING US ONLY: Please give us as much detail as possible in the 'How we can help you?' box on the contact form, after adding your contact details. We shall respond with initial advice and the best approach to your planning and development issue/problem.

SUBMITTING A SITE FOR PLANNING ASSESSMENT: Before you submit a site please be aware of some initial points: You must be sure at the outset that your site has some chance of development. It must not be in the green belt, or in open country and should not be listed or in a conservation area. One important point is that there should be good access to the site, so that the new development can be properly serviced from the street. For example, a large garden might have a side frontage to a street or there may be a gap between the buildings for a new access point.

Please fill in the land related details on the form below with as much detail as possible. We shall then look at the site and contact you for more details. Our web pages on SCHEMES WITH HOMEOWNERS, YOU ARE A LAND/HOME OWNER and DEVELOPMENT SITE REQUIREMENTS give more information on how we assess sites and progress a planning project. Please note that any site specific proposal will be kept strictly confidential at all times.

TELEPHONE CONTACTS: Please see at bottom of page. Please note that we would be pleased to give out our office address once you have e-mailed or spoken to us. We are based in LONDON UK.
