ENABLING PROJECTS provides a comprehensive planning service, which includes managing a range of development consultants. We can advise on the best possible project team and help ensure that the scheme moves towards the build stage as quickly as possible.

We are able to offer an integrated DESIGN & BUILD SERVICE, where we bring in our partner Building Contractor. They are able to build projects ranging from home and loft extensions to flat conversions, new houses and larger residential and mixed use schemes.

By using this Design & Build Service, an early stage integration between the planning and building process occurs. This allows for a speedy preparation for the build phase whilst the planning application is being progressed. Our partnership with the Builder allows for efficient management of the building contract and an early indication to the Client of the building cost.
