A RESTAURANT, CINEMA OR OTHER LEISURE OPERATOR

Between 1996 and 1998 PETER D KYTE ASSOCIATES specialised in the leisure sector by undertaking a series of UK wide cinema site finding programmes with associated planning work.

This led to two development schemes being successfully implemented, a 66,000 sq.ft., 5 screen, 5 restaurant, multiplex cinema led project in Wood Green (north London) and a 46,000 sq.ft, 8 screen multiplex scheme in Nuneaton.

On the former planning project, operators were introduced and the scheme submitted and successfully negotiated on behalf of MEPC and on the latter proposal, floor space was secured for ABC Cinemas and City Centre Restaurants.

We have also worked on the cinema at the Bluewater shopping centre at Dartford and undertake site finding for restaurant operators.
