We have many estate agent contacts and have over the years worked with them to resolve planning problems for their clients. We have also worked on planning applications, planning refusals and planning appeals with estate agents acting for landowners.

ENABLING PROJECTS provides an opportunity for us as town planners to partner local agents, who may know of local development opportunities but may not have the expertise to progress them. We can work in partnership with local agents to generate a new development income stream for them.

In addition, all agents should be aware that planning applications are getting MORE COMPLEX. DESIGN & ACCESS STATEMENTS plus a range of SUSTAINABILITY SERVICES, COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION and PLANNING CONSULTANCY SERVICES are now required for most planning applications.
