We have over the years dealt with community groups and individuals who have been concerned about the impact of a neighbouring development scheme.

The workload on these types of projects has significantly increased, which might be a sign that there is a need for valid objections to planning applications to be coherently formulated and presented with a detailed knowledge of planning policy and how the planning system operates.

As part of our SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, we also support communities in PARTICIPATION EXERCISES at planning application stage.
